Individual Lesson $130 55 min session

WHAT TO EXPECT:

§  Overview of your riding and expected outcomes/goals

§  Intro to TYS

§  Warmup exercises and balance testing to ensure understanding of body movement. Pelvis will be the focus to start.

§  Simulator time will be based on base movement and comprehension and balance needs. All gaits may be utilized based on riders’ level of comfort and skill.

§  Debrief and next steps
