Join us for a unique Simulator Clinic combining objective rider analysis, hands-on treatment, and individualized coaching to help you become a more effective rider.
Using Racewood Equestrian Simulator technology and guidance from Heather Broadhead, certified in the Train Your Seat Method, you’ll gain valuable insight into your position, balance, symmetry, and movement patterns in the saddle.
From there, Lauren Bowers, RMT will assess how your mobility, stability, strength, and movement habits may be contributing to the findings on the simulator. Through individualized manual therapy, corrective exercise, and rider-specific movement strategies, we’ll work together to improve your position, effectiveness, and comfort in the saddle.
You’ll leave with:
• Objective feedback on your riding mechanics
• Personalized treatment and corrective exercises
• A customized pre-ride warm-up
• Rider-specific exercises to continue at home
• Clear recommendations to support long-term progress
This clinic is designed to bridge the gap between what happens in the treatment room and what happens in the saddle—helping riders move better, ride better, and get more out of every ride.
